Operations Manager - Infinity

The Challenge
To reduce costs through a more efficient operation. This was a small services company and did not have the resources that large companies have. So with a reduced budget I had to maintain the operation and keep customers happy.

The solution
Through communication with my team and motivating them to achieve greater goals, the group was able to increase their performance. I created cross-training excercises so the knowledge could be shared in a more efficient way, which directly impacted positively the performance of the group.

The Result
A significant level of trust was achived with our customers resulting in renewed contracts and increasing customer loyalty.
